Because our Sea Moss Gel is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@highvybesorganiks.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis for issues such as breakage during shipping or fulfillment errors.

  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

    • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

    • Orders not refrigerated promptly upon delivery.

    • Orders not retrieved from parcel lockers, community mailrooms, or outdoor locations after carrier delivery.
