Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive another email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Flat Rate Shipping: We offer $8 flat rate shipping on all orders within Texas.
Calculated Shipping: In some cases, shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination.
Delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier service speed.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Restrictions & Responsibility
Our Sea Moss Gel is a perishable product and requires prompt refrigeration upon arrival.
We do not require signatures for deliveries. Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to you.
High Vybes Organiks is not responsible for packages left outside, in mailboxes, or parcel lockers that are not retrieved promptly.
Please make sure someone is available to receive your order and place it into refrigeration immediately.
We currently only ship within the state of Texas. Orders placed outside of Texas cannot be fulfilled.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If you have not received your order within 3 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@highvybesorganiks.com with your name and order number. We’ll review the tracking details and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Product Variations
All Sea Moss Gels are handcrafted in small batches using fresh fruit. Natural variations in color, texture, and swirl patterns are expected and do not affect the quality, nutrition, or flavor of the product. Product photos are provided for reference only.
